Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
8 steps
Prep:15minCook:10min
Day 11 of our Christmas Countdown, where the comforting scent of Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies is set to fill your home.
These cookies are the perfect blend of chewy and sweet, with a hint of cinnamon spice.
Baking Notes:
For extra plump raisins, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes before adding to the dough.
Using old-fashioned oats will give your cookies a more substantial texture.
Don't over-mix the dough to keep the cookies tender.
Tip:
Pull them out of the oven when they're just set; they'll continue to cook on the baking sheet, ensuring they stay chewy.
