If you haven’t heard of L. Reuteri superfood yogurt by Dr. Davis, it’s time to be amazed. He has many books out tell you how to fix your gut issues as this is a real problem today. When I make this, I mix half L. Reuteri Superfood and half his wheat belly yogurt recipe. That makes this frozen yogurt one of the healthiest treats you can give yourself. I eat a bowl every night. You can easily replace the cocoa powder with berries, other fruit, or add mint or instant coffee for other flavor variations.
