For the steak:
4 ouncessirloin steak
boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces
½ teaspoonolive oil
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
For the sauce:

Step 1
Wash and chop the steak into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Combine honey, soy sauce, water, and cornstarch in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Add garlic to the sauce and mix well.
Step 4
Heat olive oil in the Instant Pot on the "sauté" setting.
Step 5
Add the steak and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.
Step 6
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the steak.
Step 7
Close the lid and set the valve to "sealing."
Step 8
Cook on Manual High Pressure for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then release any remaining pressure manually.
Step 10
Carefully stir the steak and sauce to coat everything evenly.
Step 11
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
