Step 1
Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes

Pre-cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain

Mash potatoes and season to taste with salt, under seasoning a bit as we will be adding our own flavors later

Add corn starch to mashed potatoes and mix
Step 5
Roll balls into slightly smaller than golf ball size
Step 6
Boil the potato balls until they start to float
Step 7
Throw boiled balls into cold water bath to prevent over cooking
Sauce
Step 8
Mix garlic, green onion, sesame seeds, gochucaru, brown sugar, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, and oyster sauce in a bowl.
Step 9
Cook avocado oil in pot to 300 degrees
Step 10
Add avocado oil to spice mixture, being careful not to add too much. It should just cover the ingredients.
