Instructions

Step 1
Making the sauce: In a bowl, put 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder (gochugaru), 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and 1 teaspoon of garlic. Mix well.
Step 2
Boil water with 1/2 tablespoon of salt. Cook 3.5 ounces (100 g) of angel hair pasta for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Thinly slice perilla leaves, cucumber, and onion.
Step 4
After 4 minutes, drain and rinse pasta in cold water.
Step 5
Combine pasta, sliced vegetables, and optional tuna in a bowl. Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix well. Refreshing and delicious Bibim Pasta is done!
