Instructions
Step 1
Oven to 180°
Peel and slice celeriac into small slices Place on tray with oil and shake to cover
Place in oven Clean sprouts and halve Fry bacon/lardons in deep pan
Add sprouts and fry for a few minutes
Season
After roasting for 20-30 mins add to pan Add stock with litre of water and simmer for 5-10 minutes
Blitz until happy
