Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Butter a 9x13 pan.
Step 3
Saute one sleeve crackers in 1/4 c. melted butter, set aside
Step 4
Stir together corn & milk
Step 5
Add the beaten egg
Step 6
1st layer, corn/milk mixture, crushed crackers & pats of butter
Step 7
2nd layer corn/milk mixture, crushed saute'd crackers & pats of butter
Step 8
Bake at 350 degrees & check at 35 minutes.
