Step 1
Fry your cannelloni pasta directly from a package in some hot oil for 90 seconds or until golden then add them to a plate covered with kitchen paper and let them cool down.

In the meantime, heat up your honey in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or until it becomes liquid then let it cool down for a couple of minutes and brush it on your fried cannelloni.

In a shallow dish add coconut flakes and granulated sugar and give it a mix with a spoon. Cover your cannelloni with your coconut and sugar mix.

In the meantime, whip heavy cream with icing sugar then incorporate mascarpone. Mix until creamy.
