1 cupoats
organic sprouted

1 tablespoonavocado oil

1 tablespoonbutter
grass fed

sea salt

½ cupcoconut milk

dark chocolate chips
¼ cupchocolate covered dates
or organic raisins, optional

¼ cupmini marshmallows
no corn syrup
Instructions
Step 1
Start by toasting oats in a saucepan on medium high heat with oil, toast for a few minutes then add the butter, toast for a few more minutes and add the salt, syrup, and coconut milk stir. Reduce heat to medium and lid for 5 to 10 minutes or until the liquid has absorbed. Remove from heat and add your chocolate chips and raisins or dates if desired. Fill dessert cups with the oat mixture, then top with mini marshmallows and torch to desired toastiness!
