Instructions
Step 1
Drizzle olive oil over each slice of bread and toast in the oven or air fryer until crisp and starting to brown (we air fry at 425 degrees for 6-8 minutes).
Step 2
Place ricotta and honey into a food processor and mix until smooth and creamy (if you're short on time, you can whip with a spoon in a bowl). We use plain honey at this stage, but if you like things hot, use the hot honey here too!
Step 3
Add a generous dollop of ricotta to each piece of bread and spread.
Step 4
Top with peach slices, basil ribbons, and a generous drizzle of hot honey.

This was easy and delicious. I didn't want to waste the time making hot honey, so do I just use regular honey. mint leaves subbed for the basil leaves. Toasted an air fryer at 350 for 15 minutes
edit: second time made hot honey (Aleppo, cayenne, sanam chile, red pepper flakes). great with hot honey! not too overpowering.
