Instructions
Step 1
Preheat to 350° F.
Cream butter and sugar
Step 2
Add egg and vanilla and beat well
Step 3
Mix in dry ingredients
Step 4
Scrape sides of bowl well then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Step 5
On a parchment lined baking sheet, scoop and roll into balls then press with hand to flatten slightly
Step 6
Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes until edges lightly golden and tops just set. Leave on the sheet 5 minutes before moving to cooling rack.
