This Graham cracker recipe will not disappoint. The crunchiness in the cracker combined with the sweetness from the honey and cinnamon just compliment each other perfectly. This recipe is also grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar free, and vegan!

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Then mix all of your ingredients in a bowl, until a thick dough is formed.
Step 3
Take the dough and place it on the parchment paper, then use another piece of parchment paper to flatten out the dough. (I use the other piece because the dough is fragile and will stick)
Step 4
Roll until your preferred thickness for the cracker as they will not rise or expand. We did our quite thin, however, it is a preference.
Step 5
With a knife, lightly outline your cracker shape into a square and add holes to the top. (We outline first because once they are out of the oven we cut them).
Step 6
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes depending out crunchy or soft you like them. Once they are out, let them cool for about 10 minutes then use a knife and trace the outlines.
Step 7
Then enjoy!
