Instructions

Step 1
Fry rice, peppers, & onions in oil, stirring frequently until rice starts getting some color.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients, cover & bring up to boil. Reduce heat & simmer (about 20 min.) until rice is tender. If there is still liquid, turn off heat & rest until ready to serve.
