Roasted artichoke with chicken pasta, pears, and mocktail

Instructions
Step 1
Toss artichoke hearts in salt, garlic powder, and pepper, olive oil. Place on pan and put in oven.
Step 2
Mix up sauce to go with- Greek yoguart, dill, cucumber, parsley, salt, olive oil, garlic
Step 3
Brown ground chicken or Turkey. Set aside. In pan cook shallots and onions. Add penne pasta. Add chicken broth. Cover and cook.
Step 4
Add roasted mushrooms with salt, pepper, and olive oil on sheet pan.
Step 5
Kale salad- chop Kale, mix dried figs, beets, pomegranate seeds together. Top with pomegranate vinaigrette
