Step 1
Boil noodles. Drain.
Step 2
Optional: chop creek onions, cilantro and peanuts
Step 3
Heat both oils and crushed red pepper over medium heat in a small pan. (2 tablespoons makes this dish, very spicy, use only 1 tablespoon or less if desired)
Step 4
Strain out pepper and reserve oil
Step 5
To the oil whisk in honey and soy sauce
Step 6
Toss mixture with noodles
Step 7
Refrigerator overnight or until cold
