Instructions

Step 1
In large skillet cook sausage over medium heat in oil until done (160 degrees internal temperature)
Step 2
Cut sausage into slices
Step 3
Add sausage, squash, garlic, and onions back to skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender (3-4 minutes).
Step 4
Add Worcestershire & spices. Stir to coat evenly and heat through.
Step 5
Add tomatoes and cook for a minute or two until warmed to same temp as dish
