Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop onion & garlic
Step 2
Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat
Step 3
Add onion, garlic, & seasonings and cook until softened
Step 4
Stir in orzo, stir, and coat well with prior contents (you can add a tad bit more oil if needed to help spread the seasoning)
Step 5
Add broth and bring to simmer occasionally stirring. Simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked through , Note: any remaining broth can be drained.
