Instructions
Step 1
Add port, orange juice and rind, spices to a saucepan. Simmer on low heat for around 10-15 mins. Allow to rest and infuse for at least 30 mins. (I left for 1.5h)
Step 2
Strain into bowl to remove spices/orange rind. Then transfer port back to pan
Step 3
Add sugar, chopped cranberries, apple and water. Simmer for 30 mins on low heat.
Step 4
Sauce will thicken as it rests
