Instructions
Step 1
To cook it quickly, slice the ribeye steak thinly. Add about 1 tablespoon of avocado oil to the sliced beef. Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper. Mix it well to season the meat.
Step 2
Chop the fermented kimchi into small pieces.
Step 3
Place the pre-seasoned beef in a preheated pan. Cook it over high heat. Once it's partially cooked, flip it over. Since I've thinly sliced the beef, it doesn't need to cook for too long. Transfer the cooked beef to a plate.
Step 4
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan used for cooking the beef. Add the chopped kimchi. Stir-fry it until it's well cooked. Add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of chicken powder. Mix it well.
Step 5
Add 2 bowls of rice. Stir-fry the rice with the kimchi until they are well combined.
Step 6
Coat the pan with a bit of oil. Fry 2 eggs. Sprinkle some of the chopped green onions on top. Serve the fried eggs alongside the kimchi fried rice.
Step 7
Transfer the kimchi fried rice to a serving plate, cooked steak on top, and a fried egg on the side.
Step 8
A very savory kimchi steak fried rice is done!
