Instructions
Step 1
Put two carrots in the chopper and shred them.
Step 2
Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add about half a tablespoon of sesame oil and half a tablespoon of garlic and stir-fry over high heat. When the aroma of garlic comes up, add the shredded carrots.
Step 3
Add about half a teaspoon of salt. Stir-fry well over high heat for 2 minutes.
Step 4
After 2 minutes, turn off the heat and spread it on a dish and let it cool.
Step 5
Put about 6 eggs and 2 pinches of salt in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 6
Add about 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan. Pour in the well-mixed egg mixture. Stir the eggs well. Make them like scrambled eggs.
Step 7
Put about 2 bowls of rice, half a teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a bowl.
Step 8
Let's roll the kimbap. Place a little rice on the gim (dried seaweed sheets) and spread it evenly. Leave a little space at the end. Generously top the rice with the stir-fried carrots and some scrambled egg. Sprinkle a bit of pepper to your preference. Roll it tightly to prevent the ingredients from falling out.
Step 9
Brush a little sesame oil on the kimbap for enhanced flavor. Sprinkle a bit of sesame seeds. Cut it into bite-sized pieces. Savory and tasty carrot kimbap is done!
