Instructions
Step 1
Pour enchilada sauce and cream of chicken in a sauce pan and stir.
Step 2
Heat on medium heat stirring occasionally until hot. Cover and keep warm.
Step 3
Brown ground beef and drain fat.
Step 4
Prepare taco meat according to seasoning packet.
Step 5
Stir in green chiles.
Step 6
Heat tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 7
Fill tortilla with meat mixture and cheese.
Step 8
Fold into burrito with all sides folded in.
Step 9
Pin side of tortilla with toothpick so it stays closed.
Step 10
Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
Step 11
Place chimichangas in basket and coat with cooking spray.
Step 12
Cook for 3 minutes, turn over and cook for 3 more.
Step 13
Remove toothpick and cover with enchilada sauce mixture.
Step 14
Top with more cheese and sour cream if desired.
