Cashew Hollandaise Sauce (Dairy-free and Egg-free)
HOLLANDAISE! Simple and subtle. A deliciously lip-smackin’ balance of buttery, tangy, fatty goodness 😋 Note: if you have a large blender you might need to make a double batch to help everything blend smoothly. I used to make this recipe in my ninja bullet but have had to double it ever since I started making it in my vitamix.

Instructions
Step 1
Blend cashews, water, lemon juice, acv, salt, dijon, nutritional yeast and turmeric until VERY SMOOTH.
Step 2
In a saucepan, melt vegan butter and add white wine and cook for 30 seconds to a minute to cook off some of the alcohol.
Step 3
Add your blended mix and use a silicone whisk or spatula to mix together and cook down to a thickness you like. Add water as needed!
