Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg. Pierce potatoes and bake until tender. Abut 1 hr.
Step 2
2. Let potatoes cool, then cut a thin slice off top of each potato and discard. Scoop out pulp leaving a thin shell.
Step 3
3. In a small bowl, mash pulp with butter, milk, and salt. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream. Spoon mix into potato shells. Sprinkle with paprika.

4. Place potatoes back on baking sheet. Bake, uncovered until tops are golden brown, about 20-25 Mins. Sprinkle with any garnish desired.
