Instructions
Step 1
Brown the ground beef. Once it's almost done, add a green pepper + minced onion. Add au jus gravy mix and a splash of water.
Step 2
Cover and simmer until veggies are soft.
Step 3
Take the hot dog buns and rip them in half (one bun becomes two pieces). Place one half of the hot dog bun on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Spoon the meat mixture onto each piece of hot dog bun.
Step 5
Place 1 slice of provolone onto each bun. Cut the provolone in half to make it easier to place on the buns.
Step 6
Add the other half of the hot dog buns on top to create a sandwich.
Step 7
Bake at 400 just until toasted/melty.
