Instructions
Step 1
Slice all vegetables and put into stainless steel bowl
Step 2
Add EVOO, Granulated Garlic, Kosher or Coarse Salt, and Freshly Ground Pepper into bowl and mix thoroughly by hand
Step 3
Put all ingredients from bowl into vegetable smoker basket
Step 4
Fire up the smoker at 225F with heavy smoke
Step 5
Smoke for 30 minutes and then either stir vegetables or flip basked to other side
Step 6
Smoke for another 15 minutes and remove from smoker
Step 7
Serve and enjoy
