1dill pickle
large, diced

2eggs
hard boiled, chopped

2 tfresh dill
chopped

salt
to taste

pepper

½ cmayonnaise

⅓ csour cream

1 ½ tspmustard

1 Tbsplemon juice

½ tspsugar
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, potato, carrot, peas, apple, pickle, eggs, and dill.
Step 2
Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
To prepare the dressing, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add the dressing to the salad and toss gently, careful not to mash the ingredients.
