Step 1
1. Add the chicken, onion, herbs, spices, garlic and tomatoes to the slowcooker for 3 hours on high or 6 on low

2. Add in the pasta, peppers and stock. You can also add the sour cream at this stage but sometimes I add at the end. Keep an eye on stock you may need to add more depending on timing. 300ml is the max 3. Cook the pasta, peppers and stock for 45-50 minutes. Stir in cheese and sour cream if adding at the end

4. Garnish with chilli, coriander and enjoy
