Instructions
Step 1
Cut up the 2 Packs of Eskers Sausages and pour 1/2 a cup of water into lidded pan and let sausages cook until crispy.
Step 2
While they cook pour the entire bag of Potato & Brines into another lidded pan and pour 1/2 a cup of water and let cook slowly until the potatoes start sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Step 3
Add the Sausages to the pan with the Potatoes and add the 12 eggs and 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot-sauce and stir thoroughly coating the sausages and potatoes with eggs and then salt and pepper to taste.
