Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180c fan.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites together with the powdered sweetener until soft peaks form.

Mix together all the remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl until fully combined.

Step 4
Add half the egg whites to the pumpkin batter mixture and fold, then add the remaining egg whites and fold until combined.
Step 5
Spray a bundt tin or silicon mould with a bit of oil. Pour the mixture in and bake for 30-35 minutes.
