Instructions

Step 1
Mix honey, water, and yeast together

Stir in flour and salt
Step 3
Put olive oil in big bowl, add dough, and flip dough to cover it in the oil, and let rise for 8-12 hours in fridge
Step 4
Remove from fridge and set into large rectanglular pan with oil, flip dough to cover in oil, and let rise for 4 hours
Step 5
Dimple the bread by taking fingertips and pressing into the dough over and over. Drizzle with olive oil
Step 6
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes
