Step 1
💗Fry off the onion and pepper until slightly softened. Add in the beef mince and cook until nearly browned. 💗Add in the herbs and spices listed followed by the chipotle paste, 50g salsa and cream cheese, combine well and then add in the crumbled beef stock and water for a minute. 💗Lightly warm the wraps in the microwave, top with the beef mince and roll tightly. Pop on a baking tray, top with a 1/2 tbsp of salsa on each wrap, the cheese mixed together and bake for 8-10 minutes on 180 degrees. 💗Finish with a drizzle of sriracha sauce and coriander.
