Step 1
1. To your Slowcooker add
chorizo100g
garlic cloves5
chicken stock150ml
chicken breasts3
Basil
Sundried Tomatoes
pesto2 Tbsp
Step 2
2. Cook on high for 2.5 hours then add 350g dry penne pasta π with 500ml of chicken stock. - Cook again on high for 45 minutes, if you can stir after 30 minutes do so.

3. Stir in 250ml of double cream & spinach

Step 4
The spinach will wilt really quickly, then pop in your bowls and top with Parmesan if you want.
