Instructions
Step 1
Slice the beef into thin, bite-sized pieces. Place the beef in a bowl. Add

1 1/2T soy sauce, 1T sugar, 1T cooking wine, 1/2t sesame oil, 2 pinches black pepper, 1t minced garlic, 1t chopped scallions, a bit of ginger, and a bit of onion. Mix well.
Step 3
Place the marinated beef on a pre-heated pan. Ensure the beef doesn't clump together. As the beef releases its juices, and let the moisture evaporate as you cook.
