Brown Sausage links and set aside. Melt coconut oil or butter, and set aside. Heat a large cast iron skillet to medium & spray with avocado oil spray. Whisk dry ingredients in a glass bowl. Whisk the remaining wet ingredients in a glass measuring cup. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour wet ingredients into well including melted coconut oil or butter & whisk for a minute or so. Turn cast-iron heat to medium high and begin to make small size pancakes, place sausage link in the middle and roll with your spatula and fingers. Allow to cook rolling in between for 5 to 8 minutes or until batter is cooked through. Video is on Native Eats, TikTok, and @eatinglikeanative IG. Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!
