Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 375°
Step 2
1. Start by boiling your water while you get the chicken mixture ready.
Step 3
2. Take all the meat off the rotisserie chicken, and shred. (I didn't keep the skin)
Step 4
3. Add half of the bottle of Buffalo sauce- whole ranch packet. 8 oz of softend cream cheese 1/4 cup of freshly grated sharp white cheddar - and 1/4 cup ranch dressing to your shredding chicken. Mix well. Taste test ;)
Step 5
4. Add shells to boiling water cook for 8-10 mins. They will finish cooking in the oven. (Rinse in cold water when done cooking to cool them so they're easier to handle)
Step 6
5. Take a little bit of Buffalo and hot sauce and ranch. Mix together and put in the bottom of your pan. This will prevent the shells from burning to the bottom
Step 7
6. Stuff all your shells with the mixture. Top with hot sauce, ranch, and a light layer of grated sharp cheddar. Cook in the oven for about 15 mins!
Step 8
Add more ranch and Buffalo sauce if you want. Add parsley to garnish, and your done! :)
