Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package instructions (I did mine in batches hence the long cook time)
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, dice the Velveeta into cubes and set aside. If you choose to dice your Smokies, now is the time to do so
Step 3
Strain pasta and place in a bowl. Set aside
Step 4
Melt down the Velveeta and add the milk
Step 5
Once sauce is ready, stir in pasta and smokies
