From TikTok user @Consciouschris's Lazy Trader Joe's Meals series! I wasn't specific with the ingredient list, but his recipe is vegan. I love that it could easily be adjusted to fit a variety of dietary needs.
He uses Trader Joe's organic vegetarian chili, dairy-free cream cheese and shredded cheese to make his vegan.

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare pasta according to package instructions

Drain pasta and return it to the pot
Step 3
On low heat, add canned chili and mix.
Step 4
Add the cream cheese and mix until melted. Then do the same with shredded cheese. Finally, add in spinach.
Step 5
Serve with green onions, organic corn dippers/fritos, or both.
