Instructions
To marinate
Step 1
Pound and flatten chicken breast (e.g. using rolling pin) to 1-2cm thickness
Step 2
Combine all ingredients into ziplock bag or mixing bowl (covered with clingfilm)
Step 3
Marinate in fridge for 1-24hrs (max 48hrs)
To cook
Step 4
Heat skillet and oil over medium heat
Step 5
Pat chicken breast dry with kitchen roll
Step 6
Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes each side. Check temp is above 65C in thickest part
