Instructions
Step 1
Soak mushrooms in warm water 20 minutes or until soft. Remove and squeeze out excess water. Cut into 1/2-inch strips and set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in wok until hot. Add mushrooms and prepared vegetables; stir well.
Step 3
Add salt and soy sauce; stir well.
Step 4
Combine soup stock with cornstarch. Stir to dissolve cornstarch.
Step 5
Add soup stock mixture to vegetables. Bring to a boil and stir constantly. Cook for one minute. Remove from heat and serve with hot rice.
