Step 1
Dice garlic, slice ginger into strips, cut dried chili pepper into small pieces.
Step 2
Prepare and break water spinach into small segment, and wash and drain water spinach.
Step 3
Heat up cooking oil in a wok, quickly add in minced garlic and chili to mix for a few seconds. Further add in water spinach to stir fry on high heat. Season with salt, sugar, chicken powder as soon as the water spinach color changes. Mix in everything and plate immediately.
