Banana cake Samleti ovsene paguljice i orahe. Dodati u to ostale suve sastojke (soda bikarbona, so, cimet). Promesati. U drugoj ciniji umutiti jaja i dodati kokosovo ulje, kiselo mleko, banane, kasiku meda i suvo voce. Zatim sve sjediniti, prebaciti u pleh i po zelji dodati bobicasto voce. Peci 30min na 180c, uz ventilator.
