Ingredients

1can green chiles
1kgground beef
60mlworcestershire sauce
1 tablespoonbeef bouillon
1 bottlebeer
1can diced grilled tomatoes
680gSan Marzano tomatoes
1can of tomato paste
2 tablespoonschipotle chili powder
2 tablespoonscumin
2 teaspoonsMexican chili powder
hot
1 tablespoonsmoked paprika
3 teaspoonsdried basil
1 teaspoondried oregano
2 teaspoonsblack pepper
2 teaspoonskosher salt
1 tablespoonbrown sugar
1 tablespoongarlic powder
1can of red kidney beans
1can of chili beans
grated cheddar cheese
greek yogurt
Instructions
Step 1
Add a few tablespoons of olive oil to your cooking pot
Step 2
Dice one whole yellow onion, a few garlic cloves, bell pepper, jalapenos, green chiles, and add it to the pot.
Step 3
Stir and cook for a few minutes until everything gets soft and starts to smell strong.
Step 4
Add the ground beef and stir until it's all cooked/browned.
Step 5
Add 60ml Worcestershire sauce, one tablespoon of beef bouillon and a bottle of beer.
Step 6
Stir and reduce.
Step 7
Add 1 can of diced grilled tomatoes 680g San Marzano tomatoes
A can of tomato paste
and the spices:
Chipotle chili powder, cumin, Mexican chili powder, smoked paprika, dried basil, dried oregano, black pepper, kosher salt, brown sugar, garlic powder
Step 8
Cook for 90 minutes on reduced heat. Make sure to stir now and then.
Step 9
After those 90 minutes you can turn off your cooktop and add the kidney- and chili beans.
Step 10
If you want you can put it in your meal prep containers or on a plate and top it off with some graded cheddar cheese and Greek yogurt.
