Step 1
Add a few tablespoons of olive oil to your cooking pot

Dice one whole yellow onion, a few garlic cloves, bell pepper, jalapenos, green chiles, and add it to the pot.

Stir and cook for a few minutes until everything gets soft and starts to smell strong.

Add the ground beef and stir until it's all cooked/browned.

Add 60ml Worcestershire sauce, one tablespoon of beef bouillon and a bottle of beer.

Stir and reduce.

Add 1 can of diced grilled tomatoes 680g San Marzano tomatoes
A can of tomato paste
and the spices:
Chipotle chili powder, cumin, Mexican chili powder, smoked paprika, dried basil, dried oregano, black pepper, kosher salt, brown sugar, garlic powder

Cook for 90 minutes on reduced heat. Make sure to stir now and then.

After those 90 minutes you can turn off your cooktop and add the kidney- and chili beans.
