This is hands down the best way to cook salmon!! Save my easy glazed salmon recipe ↓
•1 lb salmon
•1/4 cup soy sauce
•2 cloves of garlic
•3 tbsp brown sugar
•1 tsp lime zest
•1 tbsp lime juice
•Pinch of salt & pepper
•1 tbsp butter or ghee
1️⃣Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, zest, garlic, salt & pepper to a saucepan. Heat on low for 5 minutes until the liquid has reduced & the glaze is sticky. Add the butter and swirl to combine.
2️⃣Pour the glaze over the salmon & air fry at 400F for 14 minutes until crispy on top.
3️⃣Serve over coconut rice & finish with scallions/sesame seeds.
