Instructions
Step 1
Blend together tomatoes and purée with 1/4 can of water.
Add salt n pepper
Step 2
Cut up squash into small chunks put onto roasting pan drizzle with olive oil, lots of salt and pepper and bake at 400 till tender
Step 3
Cook sausage with salt n pepper and garlic powder to taste
Step 4
Sauce both flatbreads, shredded cheese then sausage and squash then oven top rack
