Step 1
And a small food processor, combine, walnuts, natural yeast, basil, rosemary, thyme, shallots, salt, and pepper, Worcestershire sauce-Blend into a meat consistency

In medium sauce pan, cook the meat combination in the pan with a little bit of grapeseed oil for about 5 to 7 minutes until nice golden crisp

Use a mandolin to slice zucchini & tomatoes into 1/4” slices

Use a Pyrex dish medium size to start layering ingredients

In a small bowl, combined cottage cheese, feta cheese, and mozzarella cheese, garlic, natural yeast, chopped asparagus,along with salt pepper and some dry Italian seasoning. Mix well instead of side.

In your Pyrex dish start layering ingredients first start off with the zucchini slices then add a little bit of the cheese mix
Step 7
Next, add the layer of tomato, a little bit of tomato sauce, basil and a layer of the meat mix, continue this process until you reach the top the last layer, being cheese and the asparagus slices
Step 8
Preheat oven to 350° and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted fully
