Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
Chop up 1 green pepper and add it to a skillet to cook with 1 lb of ground Italian sausage. Make the meat is fully cooked.

In a greased baking dish, add some dry pasta, 3 cups of low sodium chicken broth, 1 jar of pizza sauce, 1 jar of marinara sauce, and add chopped pepperoni to your taste.

Once the meat mixture is fully cooked, add it to the baking dish.

Mix all the ingredients together, making sure that the pasta is thoroughly covered by the liquid.
Step 6
Season the ingredients in the baking dish with Italian seasoning.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 400F for 35 minutes.
Step 8
Remove, mix well, and top with shredded mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and Parmesan cheese.
Step 9
Bake for 15 more minutes.
