Chicken

Salt

Garlic powder

Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion.
Step 2
Coat flour on chicken. Add seasoning to flour if you'd like.
Step 3
Add olive oil and butter to a skillet at medium high heat. Fry chicken until brown and cooked.
Step 4
Set chicken aside once cooked.
Step 5
Put olive and butter in pan. Then add sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, and capers. Then add white wine to glaze. Then add lemon zest and juice of lemon.
Step 6
Add heavy cream and mix. Let it simmer until thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Add chicken to pan once sauce is done.
Step 8
Serve over a bed of angel hair pasta or spaghetti.
