Clean the fennel and slice it as thin as you can.

Squeeze half orange.
Step 3
Clean the second half of the orange.

Take the orange juice, add some salt, pepper and oilve oil. Make an emulsion, mixing all the ingredients. Put the olives and the dried cranberries in the mixture and wait ten minutes.

Step 5
Put the fennel in a bowl, add the juice mixture, olives, and cranberries. Mix with a spoon and then add oregano and orange slices before mixing again.
