Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice 1/4 to 1/2 of a red onion. Toss in a bowl with red wine vinegar and let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and cut oranges into 1/4 inch (or less) slices. Arrange on a platter and scatter onions slices over them. Drizzle on olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano.
