1white onion

3 Tbspolive oil
2 TbspWhite vinegar
½ Tbspsalt
1 pinchblack pepper
2 bunchwatercress

Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze one orange, Peel the other and remove the white part, and slice the orange membranes to extract the pieces from inside.
Step 2
Wash the watercress leaves well with cold water.
Step 3
Cut the onions into rings and soak them slightly in cold water.
Step 4
Mix the olive oil, orange juice and vinegar, pepper and salt, and mix together very well.
Step 5
Drain the onion and watercress from the water and combine them with the orange slices.
Step 6
Pour the juice mixture over the watercress leaves, then stir them together.
Step 7
Garnish it with the dried cranberries and roasted pistachios then sprinkle the sumac and serve.
